Keeping It Simple…

A construction estimate form with sections for invoice number, date, company and customer information, overview of project, notes, terms, and space for customer signature.

1) Get a Consultation

Call us or book a consultation, then receive an itemized estimate within 5 business days.

Type-written estimate sent to client’s email.

2) Make a Deposit

After a small deposit is received, a hand-written drawing of the plans are sent to the city to be approved.

3) Get it Built

We’ll build the porch, deliver railing, fabricate lattice or execute whichever project you’d like us to handle.

Our Work

Complete porch replacement; St. Charles Ave. Upper columns are wrapped with pine, stained and coated with Spar Urethane. Lower columns are wrapped in PVC, and railings were made and assembled in our wood shop.

Complete porch replacement; Westwood Ave. Columns are wrapped with cedar, and balusters are 2x2 cedar which were made and assembled in our wood shop using filets with a top and bottom rail.

Railings like this are ordered direct from one of several of our vendors before we assemble them customized to fit your front porch—extra length is provided so that the balustrades can be cut to fit your porch.
